If you have travelled to the UK from mainland China, Thailand, Japan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia or Macau in the previous 14 days and are experiencing cough or fever or shortness of breath, you should stay indoors, call your GP or if we are closed ring NHS 24 (111) informing them of your symptoms and your recent travel.  Do not leave home until you have been given advice by a clinican.

Practice Management

Carol Wall (f)

Carol is the Practice Manager and has overall responsibility for the running of the practice and for the staff.

She is also our Complaints Officer.  If you have a complaint, please telephone or ask to speak to her and she will try her utmost to resolve your problem.  If she cannot do this, we have a formal Complaints Procedure, which she will explain to you.  However, we do hope that you will not have cause to make an official complaint and we will do what we can to make sure that this is the case.

Please also speak to Carol should you have any ideas about improving services.  She is always willing to listen and, if appropriate, will put your idea into action.
